Merchandise Return Policy: Merchandise (Scanners & Accessories) may be returned for credit within 45 days of
purchase provided it is returned in original as new condition with all original
packaging included. Customer pays shipping charges for returned merchandise. Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number by email request to
eorders@scannersoft.com.
Software Returns: No returns or refunds will be granted for
downloaded software or software purchased on CD (if seal is broken). We recommend sampling
our software by downloading the free demonstration version before making
your purchase. Go to

Defective Merchandise: Returns for defect are
covered by the manufacturers Warranty. For Warranty claims the customer must contact the
manufacturer directly.
